Sydney, 26 March 2024 – Leading full-service technology, digital and transformation workforce solution consultancy Talenza today announces the launch of The Transformation Group (TTG) to accompany Australian businesses undertaking ambitious Transformation projects.

As Australian businesses face the fastest technology revolution generated by AI, they are expected to invest over AU$133 billion in 2024 in IT. But they will also need the right people to lead and support their transformation. The Transformation Group brings complimentary human-centric, people-driven businesses solutions, disrupting traditional consultancy and recruitment services to deliver both expertise, experience and strategic advice to Australian organisations’ transformation projects.

Two entities, Talenza and Tranzformd will operate under The Transformation Group and work in parallel to solve the number one priority keeping Australian executives awake at night: how to balance people and technology to design a sustainable workforce able to thrive amidst the technological transformation to drive growth, innovation and success.

The Transformation Group Spokesperson and Co-Founder Andrew Sully said: “As we launch the Transformation Group, we're stepping into a new realm where we've earned the privilege to address not only people and talent-related challenges but also tackle larger, more complex transformation projects. Our expertise extends beyond conventional resource problem-solving to encompass a wide array of solutions aimed at addressing the broader spectrum of challenges that businesses face in transformation.”

Launched 7 years ago by business leaders Andrew Sully, Henry Gatehouse, Simon Hawkes-Lynn and Dan Cobelli, Talenza has cultivated strong relations with Australia’s Transformation and technology sector from startups to ASX top 100 companies by connecting them with the right talent to achieve their most complex transformation projects. Talenza was most recently recognised as Australia 17th fastest growing company by the Australian Financial Review Fast 100.

Henry Gatehouse, Talenza Co-Founder and CEO said, Talenza was founded by a group of industry recruitment leaderswith a wild dream to build a technology, digital & transformation talent powerhouse that would redefine the benchmark of recruitment. The Transformation Group is the next step towards that goal as we seamlessly blend technology consulting and strategic people-solutions to support Australian organisations undergoing critical Transformation projects”.

As AI brought forward one of the fastest technological revolutions and COVID has profoundly disrupted how we work, Talenza will leverage its deep experience and distributed workforce of over 1000 transformation professionals to go beyond recruitment and deliver workforce solutions to accompany the fast evolving transformational needs of Australian businesses.

Tranzformd Managing Partner, Michael Swinhoe, stated “Technology is transforming traditional work models and boosting productivity across various industries. Automation, advanced data analytics and artificial intelligence are revolutionising business processes, making collaboration seamless and driving innovation. As Transformation challenges reach new heights of complexity, speed and success of delivery, we’re very excited to launch Tranzformd, a first of its kind consultancy business relying on first-hand relevant experience.”

Andrew, Henry and Michael are available for interview. For any additional information, or to request an interview please reach out to Emily Wilson at emily@talenza.com.au or 0403617162.
