Career and education background:

​I have spent the majority of my career working in big corporates so I have a keen eye for processes and continuous improvement! I worked for Woolworths Ltd for 13 years in a range of project roles across logistics, supermarket operations and customer insights. I am most proud of designing and implementing the Customer Satisfaction Programme across all of Woolworths Supermarkets and Big W stores in Australia. After obtaining my degree in Business & Commerce (HR Development & Organisation Development), I spent three years working for Commonwealth Bank in HR roles in Talent Operations and Employee Engagement. I also played a pivotal role in building out the HR function for the joint venture start-up, Beem It!

What I’m passionate about:

I am a mum of two young girls, so my life revolves around them, but in my spare time I try to play touch football (catching the ball is proving difficult – and I'm much better at the drinks afterwards!), I'm also a massive beach goer and enjoy having a crack at surfing (failing miserably). Lately, I have found a new love...watching the sunrise with a coffee in hand at my local beach – when I actually manages to wake up early enough!

Two facts about me:

  1. I walked 100kms through the bush in 32hrs and 10 mins for Oxfam

  2. I have a stash of Nutella at home which I eat by the spoonful whilst I hide from my kids
