​Sheriden has spent the majority of her career working in big corporates so has a keen eye for processes and continuous improvement. She worked for Woolworths Ltd for 13 years in a range of project roles across logistics, supermarket operations and customer insights and is most proud of designing and implementing the Customer Satisfaction Programme across all of Woolworths Supermarkets and Big W stores in Australia. After finally obtaining her degree in Business & Commerce (HR Development & Organisation Development), Sheriden spent three years working for Commonwealth Bank in HR roles in Talent Operations and Employee Engagement and played a pivotal role in building out the HR function for the joint venture start-up, Beem It.

Sheriden is a mum of two young girls so her life revolves a lot around them, but in her spare time she tries to play touch football (catching the ball is proving difficult – and is much better at the drinks afterwards), She’s also a massive beach goer and enjoys having a crack at surfing (failing miserably). Lately, Sheriden has found a new love...watching the sunrise with a coffee in hand at her local beach – when she actually manages to wake up early enough.
