Test Manager - Insurance - Brisbane / Sydney - 850-950

You will be joining a renowned ASX 100 group who is looking to add a Test Manager for a major program running over the next 12-18 months.

This program is the best funded and most important piece of work running across technology over the coming months.

You will have 5+ years of commercial experience as a Test Manager and will have delivered on 2+ major financial services (pref insurance) projects. You will be responsible for 3 streams of work and will have 3 x test leads reporting into you while you have a dotted line into the Program Test Director and the Program Director. You will be responsible for end to end testing, setting up testing frameworks; regression testing; integration testing and will have experience building automation capability. Any experience around working and setting up devops frameworks would be particularly useful and if you have any experience working with insurance pricing engines then that would be a real show-stopper! There is a heavy data focus to the role so having worked in a heavy data focused environment would be particularly useful and your communication skills and stakeholder skills will need to be excellent.

This role will have extremely high visibility across the business and is a highly critical position to be filled by the end of January.
