Title: Territory Experience Design Lead
Location: Sydney / Hybrid
Salary: 170k - 200k + Super
Talenza are working with a top-tier Australian bank and financial services provider
The Role
The Territory Experience Design Lead will report directly to the Experience Design Lead. They will lead the team to support the strategic value streams across the customers journey. They are responsible for the overall program strategy and driving improvements in the ways of working
Roles Responsibilities
- Inspire and manage personal development of your team
- Support strategic value streams across the XD Territory and demonstrate the value of design decisions
- Define strategic opportunities to support customer and business outcomes
- Provide alignment for discovery research to help inform opportunities for innovation and validation of customer value propositions
- Define success and key metrics to drive continuous improvement and development of products and services
Your Experience
- 12 years' experience in the digital product design field
- Experience working with senior leadership teams
- Extensive Experience working with multiple senior stakeholders
- Ability to lead teams through complex and ambiguous problems
