Talenza have been engaged by a leading multinational media and digital marketing communications company to source a Technology Director.

This is a permanent opportunity based in Sydney's CBD.


The Role:


As the National Technology Director, you will play a strategic role in driving the growth of a range of platforms and products within the broader Technology practice. As a key Technology Lead & SME across front-end, headless, MACH & emerging technologies you will drive the strategic client value through technology, being a strong partner in the digital transformation space balancing delivery and growth of the practice.

This is an interesting role and would be well suited to someone with significant experience in digital customer strategy and/or marketing technology in leadership.

Responsibilities:

  • In line with the broader technology strategy and go to market plan, you will influence strategic relationships, product development and delivery of capabilities.
  • With a strategic business and leadership mindset, you deliver value to the clients' business by evolving and shaping business growth strategies and plans for clients, engaging with and developing strong and collaborative relationships with key clients.
  • You will play a key role in delivering against the digital transformation plan by driving sustainability and growth via the technology team, whilst understanding current and future capability of the practice for sustainable growth and management across digital transformation and the broader CXM business.
  • Drive high value and high margin engagements in line with the practice, the market and Service line business growth plan.

Skills & Experience Needed:

  • Has successfully delivered strong outcomes in a matrix organisation with significant emphasis on collaboration, influence, and persuasion.
  • Significant experience in digital customer strategy and/or marketing technology in leadership and new business/client development role.
  • Excellent project management skills, capable of helping to run large-scale pitches.
  • A strong understanding of project management methodology and best practice.
