Technical Business Analyst

Talenza have been engaged by a ASX listed, market leading, Australian Enterprise to source a Technical Business Analyst for a 12-Month contract.

The Role:

This is an enterprise level programme of work which is going to transform the way the organization delivers services to its customers - it's a great company, with excellent strategy, friendly and positive leadership team. This is an Agile/Kanban/Waterfall environment working on business and functional design requiring quality specifications to assist the delivery of the transformation.

• Planning, tracking and delivering an end-to-end Digital Transformation.
• Working across multiple projects.
• Managing stakeholder engagement across all levels.
• Owning technical roadblocks.
• Managing projects risk and governance.

Who You Are:

We are looking for two Technical Business Analyst who have strong understanding of the importance of getting the right answers, translating the requirement for business stakeholders into a high technical spec.

• Experience working within Agile, Kanban and Waterfall environments.
• Background using Azure, Dynamics or Microservices Architecture or similar.
• Proven Data Migration and systems Integration experience.
• Ability to bridge to gap between Business and Technical teams
• Strong end-to-end Business Analyst experience.
