Transformation Manager

Talenza are partnering with a household name within financial services in the search for a Transformation Manager to support a capability uplift program and own the delivery framework.

The Role

As the Transformation Manager will be responsible for planning, developing and leading change activities to support the delivery of the organisation capability framework and enhance the capability of Capability Leads through transformation advisory services. In addition, you will effectively contribute to BAU change projects of a varied portfolio.

We are looking for self-motivated individuals who understands the project management and solution delivery lifecycle. This role is well suited to a Transformation Consultant who enjoys a varied role within a tight knit team on a growth journey.

Responsibilities:

  • Perform detailed problem and scenario analysis; identify change barriers; make and/or implement recommendations to mitigate change risk and business impact
  • Develop and execute change management plans and activities that support project objectives and business goals with clear OCM measures/metrics to support success
  • Define change measures, including end-user reviews; pivoting the change plan where appropriate to ensure ongoing effectiveness
  • Provide advice and guidance on the capability uplift framework, work closely with Project Managers and Delivery Capability Managers to ensure effective execution of the OCM framework

About you:

  • Proven experience of change programs to support capability uplift
  • Significant experience in managing transformation projects within an agile environment
  • A background within consulting and financial services is desirable but not essential
  • A strong understanding of the delivery lifecycle would be highly advantageous
  • Strong decision making skills, someone who is both collaborative and has a level of resilience with an understanding of essential business recommendations is key
  • Excellent interpersonal, communication, negotiation and facilitation skills to engage with a wide range of stakeholders
