Training and Change Manager

Talenza are partnering with a household name within the Financial Services market in the search for a Training and Change Manager to support in an exciting portfolio of work.

The Role

As the Training and Change manager you will design training programmes that support delivery and enhance performance across the organisation. In addition, you will manage the design and implementation of change and communication activities to support delivery.

Responsibilities:

  • Supporting new recommendations and frameworks which will be built and delivered
  • Experience in managing the design, development and implementation of learning programs
  • Experience in facilitating training programmes and provide training to subject matter experts to run training programs.
  • Experience of building focused learning programs to support delivery execution
  • Experience with change management practice and process
  • Proven ability to create engaging and understandable content

About you:

  • Proven experience of building blended learning programs to support capability uplift
  • Significant experience in managing the design development and implementation of capability based learning programs
  • Confidence in your facilitation and management of training programs, able to effectively coach SME's to run training programs
  • A strong understanding of the delivery lifecycle would be highly advantageous
  • Strong decision making skills, someone who is both collaborative and has a level of resilience with an understanding of essential business recommendations is key
  • Excellent interpersonal, communication, negotiation and facilitation skills to engage with a wide range of stakeholders

Desirable

  • Cert IV in Training and Assessment
  • Prosci or CMI accreditation;
  • Experience with Captivate
