Senior Test Analyst / Manual QA

Daily Rate Contract - 700-800 (inclusive of super)
12 month duration (possible extensions / renewals)
Hybrid working environment (a few days a week in the office)
Primarily manual testing responsibilities
CRM (Dynamics 365) experience is a plus!

What you'll do:

  • Work collaboratively in cross-functional teams to develop a strong understanding of the systems and testing objectives
  • Design, create, execute, analyze, manual tests both for the sprint as well as regression testing
  • Support production deployment of applications
  • Ability to write clear bug reports quickly and concisely and collaborate with developers to get them fixed
  • Carry out exploratory testing within an Agile / Waterfall (mixed) environment

Purpose:

QA Engineers work collaboratively with teams in developing a quality assistance culture, supporting the product development process by ensuring high quality deliverables and enabling satisfying customer experience.

Main Challenges :

  • Improve collaboration between vertical domains
  • Balancing competing priorities between deliveries and capabilities
  • Building and maintaining good relationships with stakeholders in the organisation
  • Work collaboratively in cross-functional teams to develop & adhere to strong Quality Practices and testing strategies
  • Maintain a high-quality bar in a complex and constantly evolving workspace
  • Be an advocate for your customers
  • Use data to find underlying quality issues and have strong ownership to drive these to resolution

Technical skills:

  • Demonstrable experience in component, Integration and system testing
  • Knowledge of CI/CD
  • Experience working with complex CRM (Dynamics 365 is a plus)

People/process skills:

  • Good communication and presentation skills to stakeholders
  • Ability to stay calm in challenging circumstances and work through problems methodically
  • Details oriented mindset
  • Good understanding of Agile & Lean delivery principles. Provide input to team processes
  • Experience in test management tools and processes
