Our client, a market leading Customer Engagement specialist, is seeking a Senior Strategic Account Manager to join their team on a permanent basis. As the Senior Strategic Account Manager you will be responsible for looking after a very large complex financial services client account worth millions in revenue. In addition to this account, it is likely that you will sit across two other smaller customers.

The company are seeking to hire several Accounts Managers across Australia to focus on the process of developing customer success and be keen to be part of building something new!

Main duties will include (but are not limited to):

  • Acting as the customer advocate.
  • Reviewing meetings.
  • Acting as the customers first point of contact.
  • Road mapping.
  • Conduct team meeting that drive exciting new innovations.
  • Build strong relationships with external customers, internal staff members as well as internal and external stake holders.
  • Consolidate operational reporting.
  • Use reports to track customer health.
  • Continue to consolidate the current in depth strategic relationships with all three clients.
  • Learn and understand the company's 25+ products available and advise clients on additional products that would work with their current products and the benefits or risks that these additions will have on the client.
  • Identify areas in which the organisation is doing well as well as areas in which improvement is needed.
  • Identify methods to custommise products to unlock value for their customers and solve any potential problems they have.

About you:

  • 4+ years in a similar position or in account manager role in a similar environment.
  • Experience in a similar software/ SASS environment will be highly regarded.
  • B2C experience.
  • MUST have outstanding communication skills and the ability to build strong lasting relationships.
  • Eager to learn.
  • Must be happy doing some backend work (reporting etc)
  • Great problem solving skills, highly engaging and extremely resilient
