Senior Scrum Master

The Role:

As one of Australia's leading Fintech companies, they are blazing a trail in data, digital and design and are looking for a Senior Scrum master to join their team as they continue a remarkable growth trajectory. This is a permanent opportunity based in Sydney's CBD.

We are looking for a proactive, go-getter with growth mindset and an eagerness to grow within an organisation that prides itself on empowering people alongside the overall growth journey of the business as it continues to enhance its position in the market and works towards continuous improvement

Responsibilities:

• Support the digital and software development teams to apply Scrum framework
• Coordinate sprints, retrospective meetings and daily stand-ups
• Coach team members in Agile frameworks
• Facilitate internal communication and effective collaboration
• Resolve conflicts and remove obstacles that occur
• Help teams implement changes effectively
• Ensure deliverables are up to quality standards at the end of each sprint

Requirements:

• Proven track record working in a scrum master role
• Previously built teams from the ground up
• Experience working in the financial industry
• Familiarity with software development
• Excellent communication and servant leadership skills
• Scrum master certification
