Senior Project Manager (Technical)

Talenza's client based in Brisbane CBD, a leading global ICT solutions organisation, is looking for a Senior Technical Program Manager to support them on large digital transformation programs. They offer a flexible work environment and encourages collaboration with interstate and international teams.

Responsibilities

• Facilitate multiple Agile Release Trains (ARTs)
• Lead using Agile/SAFe methods and provide coaching/mentoring to the team with guidance in Agile, Scrum, DevSecOps, and Kanban
• Program execution, identifying and managing risk, and helping drive continuous improvement for all ARTs
• Facilitate planning, executing, delivery and improvement, such as Program Increment (PI) Planning readiness, Solution Demos, and Inspect & Adapt
• Guide designs and technology maturity constraints of the system in accordance with customer and stakeholder value streams
• Work with various stakeholders and translate business strategy into technology strategy to meet business goals

Key Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in the relevant industry with +10 years of professional work experience
• Minimum 5 years of experience in leading projects/programs applying Agile and DevSecOps methodology supporting major digital transformations
• Proven experience with SAFe framework and implementation of multiple Agile Release Trains with relevant Certifications
• Ability to take initiative, stay organised and prioritize under pressure whilst working collaboratively
• Exceptional communication skills with strong relationship management of key stakeholders
• Proven leadership skills with the ability to influence, guide and mentor
• Certified Project Manager
• Experience with Continuous Improvement including Six Sigma, Root Cause Analysis, Value Stream Mapping
