Senior Project Manager - Call Centre, Customer Engagement Program

  • $160K + super + bonus
  • Customer Engagement Program of work

Our client is a top tier financial institution has an immediate need for a Senior Project Manager to work closely with a senior leader to deliver a high-profile Customer Engagement Program of work.

Role objective

  • The role itself is part of the Banks Customer Engagement Transformation and reports to the GM of Customer Engagement. (Branches, Call Centres, On-line Chat).
  • It would be great if we found someone with Verint experience, but this isn't essential.
  • Ideally, we are looking for a PM that doesn't have to be from financial services but has worked closely with front-line teams, customer friendly (not tech focused) and has experience of end-to-end delivery.
  • You will be supported by BA's, Change, Tech PM and Business SME's. PM's who have worked on Call-Centre Programs would beneficial.
