Senior Project Coordinator

Talenza have been engaged by a top tier bank to source an experienced Senior Project Coordinator. It is not essential for this person to have banking experience, however it is essential for them to be highly structured and able to hold people to account for deliverables.

Requirements:

• Run meetings - preparing and managing the agenda, actions and follow-up.
• Take down minutes whilst updating documents.
• Manage financials, reporting and response to questions.
• Liaise with key stakeholders and support PM with any key phases.
• Supporting and managing workshops.
• Fielding any questions related to the project from stakeholders.
• Managing risks and issues meetings and follow-up.
• Manage small projects when required.
• This is not a role for an analyst, but a role for a coordinator.

About you:

• Previous experience as a Senior Project Coordinator.
• Previous banking or financial services experience is highly favoured.
• Previous experience working in a fast-pace environment is essential.
• Excellent communication skills are required along with strong stakeholder management skills
• Must be highly organised, structured & driven to succeed
• Someone who can hold people to account for deliverables
