Top Tier Bank in Sydney requires a Senior Insight Analyst to help discover and analyse potential opportunities to improved customer experiences and thereby assisting the business reach its goals.

Key Responsibilities

• Proficient in Exploratory, statistical analysis and insights derivation
• Well versed in identifying opportunity for the business to reach their KPI and initiating data driven approaches to business problems
• Extracting & analysing data for customer communications using Teradata SQL, together with an understanding of campaign management tools
• Developing a detailed understanding of the client databases, data structures and core analytical procedures
• Developing and presenting new options or opportunities for stakeholders to leverage data and capabilities of Data Analytics

Key Requirements

• A passion and focus on customer centric design along with the energy and drive to help influence campaigns that align to best customer experiences
• Advanced skills in - SQL Teradata and MS Applications
• Ability to use Python or R is preferred
• Experience of working in agile environments and knowledge of Scrum Agile Methodology
