Talenza have been engaged to source a Senior Digital Business Analyst for a large financial services organisation for an exciting Digital transformation.

The Role

The Senior Digital Business Analyst position is an initial 6-month contract role with the opportunity to work with a team of passionate individuals on digital transformation and business process improvement initiatives. It will also include supporting design discussions with relevant Tech partners, engaging with stakeholders, handling procedures and enhancing the customer experience!

Who You Are

We are looking for a highly structured individual who is digitally driven and who understands where the future is heading! Ideally individuals who have experience to date in the Financial services/ Banking/ Payments industry but overall the key is customer driven, customer centric digital platforms & products. You will want and need to be passionate about customer innovation and appreciate the role, importance of data and analytics to drive digital offerings. This is a business focussed role so you must be able to demonstrate delivering business outcomes in digital projects of work.

  • 4+ years' experience as a Business Analyst
  • Proven track record in communicating requirements both verbally and through user stories.
  • Can solve, and lead the solving of, strategic problems of high complexity
  • Strong understanding and use of modern digital frameworks and their methodologies include Agile & Waterfall
  • Prior experience with, and strong comfort using, collaboration tools such as JIRA and
  • Confluence to document and manage stories and other documentation
  • Strong experience in comparing data sets to deduce accurate insights
  • Comfortable facilitating workshops, leading customer journey walkthroughs and quality reviews with stakeholders of varying seniority
  • Knowledge of process mapping and flow charting
