You will have the opportunity to be part of an exciting project and be responsible for leading the change management efforts to ensure adoption to new ways of working.

The Role:

As a senior change manager, you will be responsible for delivering changes for everyday banking products. This includes product enhancements, simplification, and regulatory change to meet regulatory obligations.

This is an interesting role and would be well suited to someone from a strong change and communications background within financial services. This is an automation uplift project therefore prior exposure to technology implementation to improve efficiency is preferred.

Responsibilities:

  • Conduct change impact assessments to understand the changes for impacted audiences. Develop and manage the change management strategy and plan to deliver the agreed capabilities and realise the business benefits within agreed scope, time and budget.
  • Develop and manage stakeholder communications and engagement.
  • Ensure stakeholders are ready, willing, and able to receive and embed the change - identify, monitor and report on issues and/or problems associated with the change.
  • Ensure change related risk (people, operations, organisational) is within desired levels and that risks are managed according to agreed risk frameworks by managing and leading the identification of risks.
  • Regular status reporting as it relates to a change program/initiative or a multiple-stream program including budgets, progress/deliverables, risks and resourcing.
  • Assist the Change Lead in providing coaching and mentoring to Change Managers and Change Associates to achieve successful outcomes.

Skills & Experience Needed:

  • A strong track record of change experience with at least 2 years demonstrable experience in managing highly complex change initiatives with a proven ability to successfully transition people and the business from a 'program' mode to BAU.
  • Proven capability in people management.
  • Experience in a business-related role, at least 8 years change management delivery experience
  • At least 12 months experience working in the Financial Industry.
