A leading banking institution are seeking a Senior Change Manager who can support them in their business transformation and automation project.

You will have the opportunity to focus on rolling out multiple people and policy initiatives , related to a regulatory compliance commitment. This is a critical program for the organisation and requires someone to hit the ground running.

The Role:

As a senior change manager, you will be responsible for assessment, analysis, development, documentation and implementation of the change. Ideally you will have come from a banking or financial services background due the nature of the project and supporting the stakeholders across lending and consumer.

This opportunity is based in Sydney and will be a contract role with the opportunity to extend.

Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute change management plans and activities that support project objectives and business goals with clear OCM measures/metrics to support success
  • Develop and execute change management, communication and learning plans in partnership with the wider transformation program
  • This is a fast paced environment where you have the opportunity to be in supporting alignment efforts across multiple functions
  • Execution of appropriate activities to maximise adoption of the change

Skills & Experience Needed:

  • It would be great if we could find someone with previous experiene in financial services or banking industry
  • Project and people engagement related change experience, ideally around 5-7 years across operating model change would be beneficial
  • A change professional who Identifies and analyses problems using a logical, systematic, sequential approach; weighs relevance and accuracy of information; seeks/generates and evaluates alternative perspectives/solutions
  • Experience working with senior stakeholders, operating at a high level of communication
