A leading provider of insurance services are seeking a Senior Change Manager who can support them in their culture transformation projects.

You will have the opportunity to focus on rolling out multiple people and culture initiatives, initially a reward, performance and recognition program.

The Role:

As a senior change manager, you will be responsible for assessment, analysis, development, documentation and implementation of the change. Ideally you will have come from a management consulting background due to its variety of change and human capital responsibilities.

This opportunity is based in Sydney and will be a contract role with the opportunity to extend.

Responsibilities:

  • Contribute to the development of portfolio, project and change management capabilities across people and culture
  • Develop and execute change management, communication and learning plans in partnership with the wider global transformation program
  • This is a fast paced environment where you have the opportunity to be in supporting alignment efforts across functions, regions,
  • Execution of appropriate activities to maximise adoption of the change
  • Excellence in your presentation, communication and stakeholder relationships is critical

Skills & Experience Needed:

  • It would be great if we could find someone with previous experience in financial services or insurance industry
  • Project and people engagement related change experience, ideally around 5-7 years across rewards, performance and benefits would be highly advantageous
  • A change professional who Identifies and analyses problems using a logical, systematic, sequential approach; weighs relevance and accuracy of information; seeks/generates and evaluates alternative perspectives/solutions
  • Management consulting background within human capital and change is preferred
  • Experience working with senior stakeholders, operating at a high level of communication
