Top 4 Bank is seeking a Senior Change and Communications Manager responsible for developing, managing and implementing the change and communication strategy for multiple large-scale programs integral to the organisations growth strategy and procurement capability.

Reporting to the Change Director, the role will deliver on key change and communication activities while managing and executing stakeholder engagement plans, including the development of key documentation and collateral.

The role will ensure successful change outcomes through effective communication, training and education and active management of risks and change impact assessments.

Role Responsibilities

  • Design, develop, deliver and manage communications and change management outputs and materials which are fit-for-purpose, timely and meet business needs, within an overarching framework of change and communications
  • Analyse organisational impacts to determine the size and complexity of the change and associated risks
  • Prepare materials that will support and enable the capture of data and insights
  • Define success metrics and monitor change progress via reporting, ensuring change accomplishes business benefits
  • Partner with project managers to collectively form a coordinated and effective communication and change management strategy that helps achieve project/s objectives

The right candidate:

  • Tertiary qualifications in communications or related discipline
  • Experience at a senior level as a Change and Communications Manager
  • Proven track record of delivering people/organisational change communications on cross-functional transformation programs
  • Organisational design experience would be desirable
  • Acute business acumen and understanding of organisational issues and challenges
  • Knowledge of the financial services sector is desirable
