Role: Senior Change Analyst
Daily Rate: $792.91 + Super
Duration: Initial 6-months (very likely to extend for extent of project)
Location: Parramatta/WFH Flex

Your Team

The Workplace Transformation will implement a strategic accommodation transformation across all of the Department of Communities and Justice offices to improve the experience and satisfaction of both staff and clients.

Your Role

• You will support the Delivery Lead with design and implementation of fit for purpose, client focused, lean and agile change management treatments to support our people and the organisation as they transform work environments, business processes, and workplace technology.
• You will develop, own and evolve change impact analysis throughout the life cycle of the initiatives you work on to ensure a seamless transition, educating and uplifting understanding in your broader project team to reduce impact and maximise change readiness.

About You

• Previous experience supporting the development of change plans
• Previous experience evaluating the impact to business of planned organisational change, planning for treatments and measuring the success of your work
• Previous experience identifying change risks and developing and managing risk mitigations
• Previous experience developing change communications
• Previous experience in measuring change readiness and change success
• Previous experience supporting hypercare and BAU transitions

This engagement is for an initial six months on a multiyear project running until at least 30 June 2024. DCJ work with clients across NSW, some travel may be required dependent on project allocation.
