Role: Senior Change Analyst
Daily Rate: $794 + Super
Contract End Date: 30/12/22 (likely extension)
Location: Parramatta/WFH Flex

The Client

The Department of Communities and Justice works with children, adults, families and communities to deliver services with a unified and collaborative approach with the objective of achieving a vibrant, sustainable and inclusive community.

The Role

The role sits in and supports the Change and Experience team and Change Analysts in performing change, communications and learning activities to ensure workplace adoption of new behaviours, processes and technologies for a major ERP implementation program.

Key Accountabilities

  • Perform change evaluation activities such as change impact analysis, complexity assessments, stakeholder analysis and business readiness assessments leveraging core Program principles and toolsets
  • Design, develop, deliver and evaluate training and capability uplift interventions to support change learning outcomes
  • Undertake communications and learning needs analyses as required and assess opportunities for improved customer experience
  • Support the design, implementation and outputs of experience design workshops as requested by the Change and Experience Lead
  • Support the collation and outputs of the change management reporting systems including working with the Director and Senior Change Leads to provide regular and ad hoc reports to satisfy Program, Cluster or Executive requirements
  • Attend and contribute to the Change and Experience Community of Practice and support the continuous improvement of Program frameworks and toolkits
  • Lead and mentor Change Analysts as required
  • Support Change & Experience Leaders as required

Essential Requirements

  • Ability to accurately capture change impacts from a variety of data sources and interactions such as workshops, document analysis and transcripts
  • Ability to translate large and complex sets of change impact data into effective local change plans, communications and learning interventions such as FAQs, QRGs, e-learning and other media
  • Excellent proficiency in IT productivity applications such as Excel, PowerPoint, SharePoint and SmartSheets
  • Action and results oriented with a focus on achieving goals and metrics
  • Collaborates with all stakeholders respecting all social and cultural differences
  • Adaptable and responsive to time bound project deliverables

Strongly Preffered

  • Experience in SAP and ERP implementation
  • Experience in Finance and HR business transformation projects
  • Experience in large and complex technology implementation projects
  • Familiarity with SAP EnableNow
