Role: Senior Change Advisor
Length: 8-months
Daily Rate: $800 - $900 plus Super
Location: Parramatta/WFH Flex

The Corporate Services division develops, manages and advises on systems, infrastructure, policies and standards for the department in the areas of finance, procurement and administration, asset management, information and communication technology.

The Role
Support the design and delivery of a change management program supporting the People Transition Project transforming HR technologies that will enable consolidated processes within the Hire to Retire processes across DPIE. Specific focus will be on the Recruitment and Onboarding user journey currently enabled by PageUp but will be transitioning to SAP SuccessFactors Recruitment.

Key Accountabilities

  • Conduct detailed analysis of the as-is and to-be business process as it relates to Change Impacts to all stakeholders.
  • Collaborate with DPIE Subject Matter Experts to understand the business impact of the PageUp to SAP SuccessFactors transition decisions and flow on impact to People, Performance and Culture and Corporate Services operations and processes.
  • Build and implement change strategies and plans for stakeholder groups and provide advice on complex and sensitive issues to ensure achievement of objectives, on time and to budget.
  • Assist in the development and implementation of a communication plan for change initiatives and deliver key communications to build awareness, desire and adoption.
  • Develop communication packs, support change and training activities including development of training materials. Liaise closely with the core team to maintain an informed and effective dialogue between stakeholders and DPIE Corporate Services and People, Performance and Culture teams.
  • Monitor and evaluate change initiatives to determine effectiveness and provide reports to the Leadership group.

Key Challenges

  • Dealing with a diverse range of complex matters including organisational sensitivity stakeholders experiencing multiple areas of organizational change, and exercising judgement in a context of rapidly changing and competing priorities and conflicting perspectives, to achieve quality outputs and recommend practical solutions within limited time frames.
  • Gain the buy-in and support of multiple stakeholders in a high-volume work environment with tight deadlines and managing change across a broad range of user experiences and capabilities.
  • Operating with autonomy within the limits of agreed work plans and contributing to the quality, integrity and accuracy of the content of specialist advice provided and for the delivery of assigned projects and programs on time and within budget
