Senior Business Analyst - Technology, Data and Digital (TDD)

Talenza has been given the opportunity to partner with a leading online news provider to find a Business Analyst for a Permanent position in their Sydney based team.

You'll have the opportunity to join the Technology, Data and Digital division as a Business Analyst. As a key member of the Strategy & Portfolio Management team, you will be responsible for partnering with the business to improve processes and products; and be a key part of the implementation of best in class technology solutions.

The Role:

• Manage and own how functional and non-functional business requirements are gathered, documented and traced.
• Work with internal and external stakeholders to identify, analyze and capture requirements / user stories.
• Documenting as-is and to-be business processes and impacts to existing operating models.
• Work with implementation partners to deliver playback sessions and value workshops for business teams.
• Identify innovative business solutions that satisfy customer needs.

Key Skills and Experience:

• A critical thinker with the ability to connect the dots and identify solutions.
• An effective communicator (written and verbal) who tailors ideas in ways that are appropriate to the target audience.
• Thorough understanding of business analysis principles and best practices, technology concepts and project management methodologies.
• Experience with CRM, digital products, system integrations and data management and analytic's.
• 2-5 Years experience working as a Business Analyst.

Benefits:

• Salary - $130,000 - $140,000 + Super
