Senior Business Analyst - Lending

Talenza have been engaged by one of Australia's Big 4 Banks to source a Senior Business Analyst to contribute to some exciting lending projects and product implementations, in a permanent opportunity

The ideal candidate:

• 5+ years within Financial Services as a Business Analyst
• Lending experience or similar
• Experience working according to Agile / Scrum principles
• Interpersonal skills that enable you to work with people at all levels, motivate others and change people's attitudes when necessary;
• Exceptional written and spoken communication skills that allow you to inform and advise others clearly;
• Problem-solving and negotiation skills; taking initiative and the ability to offer new ideas;
• Organisational and planning skills to manage your time and to meet deadlines and objectives;
• Understanding of data and data flows is advantageous
• Jira & Confluence
• Naturally positive, with some get up and go attitude
