Senior Business Analyst - Digital (Banking)

Talenza have been engaged by one of Australia's leading banks to source an experienced Senior Digital Business Analyst.

The Role

The Senior Business Analyst position is an initial 12 month contract role with the opportunity to work on an exciting, business critical digital project. This role sits within an extensive pipeline of work, and has the option to go permanent in the future if desired. You will work closely with the Project Manager, Technical BA, Testers and a range of Product Owners within a fast-paced agile environment. You will be responsible for running workshops, UAT, creating user stories and working with key stakeholders through the discovery phase.

Who You Are

You are a business orientated Digital Business Analyst with:

• At least 6+ years as a Business Analyst
• 3+ year as a Senior Business Analyst
• Notable large scale digitization project experience is a must
• Exposure to testing, and ability to work closely with testers
• Strong communication skills, and can work well with business stakeholders and Technical Business Analysts
• Able to learn, adapt quickly and hit the ground running
• Strong core capabilities, problem solving skills and ability to integrate quickly
• Jira, confluence and agile project delivery experience
• Process improvement and/or financial services background is advantageous
