Talenza have been engaged by one of Australia's Big 4 Banks to source a critical-thinking Senior Business Analyst to work on a business critical regulatory compliance project

The Role

The Senior Business Analyst position includes the opportunity to work on an exciting, business critical project within a great, collaborative team. This role sits within an extensive pipeline of work and has a very high chance of extension.

Who You Are

You are a Data-savvy Business Analyst with:

• At least 6+ years as a Business Analyst
• Regulatory compliance project experience is a must
• Financial services experience is ideal
• Attention to detail and strong communication skills, and can work well with business stakeholders
• Data analysis experience is a must, and ideally knowledge of data flow in regulatory projects
• Able to learn, adapt quickly and hit the ground running
• Ability to think critically and work with senior management and regulatory stakeholders
• Strong core capabilities, problem solving skills and ability to integrate quickly
• PM experience would be advantageous, but not a must
• Jira, confluence and agile project delivery experience
