Senior Business Analyst - Banking

Talenza have been engaged by one of Australia's Big 4 Banks to find a strong functional Senior Business Analyst to assist with a key business critical project that it in the 1st phase of a 3 phase project.

Who You Are

You are an experienced data-savvy Senior Business Analyst with:

• At least 6+ years as a Business Analyst
• Banking experience is a must (ideally Big 4 or similar)
• Strong communication skills
• Very good emotional intelligence, and strong stakeholder management skills
• Strong process documentation capabilities and writing skills
• Stakeholder engagement capabilities is absolutely key
• Ability to work with complex projects
• Jira & confluence experience is a must
