Talenza has partnered with a ASX listed organization to find a Senior Business Analyst with the skills and passion to drive BAU improvements and Stakeholder engagement during an ongoing Digital Transformation.

The role will be focused on highlighting and delivering key business needs and incremental BAU improvements throughout the end stages of a digital transformation, which was an ERP systems transformation (Oracle). The right candidate with have demonstrated ability with SQL queries, Data mapping, migration and integration projects. With a strong ability to develop relationships with internal, external stakeholders and vendors to guide them throughout the process.

About the role:

  • Consult on assigned projects on business needs and information systems requirements and opportunities.
  • Conduct analysis of the functionality and interconnections of business needs, understand end-to-end process flow, to recommend solutions that create a seamless experience for the field and office support teams.
  • Identify business processes to be reviewed. Perform research by gathering data from a variety of sources, which may include operational data, metrics, competitor information, and feedback from business partners.
  • Drive user story generation for business requirements across business and technology teams.
  • Identify potential new and improved technical directions, develop options and approaches to be recommended.
  • Build and develop changes to current practices, programs or procedure.
  • Conducts current state assessment, opportunity assessment, cost/benefit analysis, feasibility assessment, etc.
  • Upgrade and Maintenance of BAU (Business As Usual) systems and processes.

About you:

  • Ability to lead on requirement gathering.
  • Previous experience with SQL Queries, Data Mapping, Migration and Integration.
  • Experience within ERP programmes of work, Oracle experience a plus.
  • Strong communication skills with vendors, internal and external stakeholders.
  • Ability to work within a team and independently as required.
