Senior Agile Business Analyst - Business Banking

Talenza have been engaged by one of Australia's leading banks to source an experienced Senior Agile Business Analyst with Business Banking experience.

The Role

The Senior Business Analyst position is an initial 12 month contract role with the opportunity to work on an exciting, business critical business banking project. This role sits within an extensive pipeline of work and within an awesome team who are setting up an agile release train model. You will work closely with the Product Owner, Technical BA, Developers and a range of stakeholders in a fast-paced agile environment. You will be responsible for running workshops, UAT, creating user stories and working with key stakeholders.

Who You Are

You are a hybrid Senior Business Analyst with:

• At least 6+ years as a Business Analyst
• 3+ year as a Senior Business Analyst within financial services
• Notable large scale business banking experience
• Agile experience is a must, with ability to create high-quality artifacts and user stories
• Ability to work closely with developers, and translate requirements to the business
• Strong communication skills, and can work well with business stakeholders and SMEs
• A natural leader who adapt quickly, hit the ground running and mentor younger BAs
• Knowledge of data and data flows would be advantageous
• Strong core capabilities, problem solving skills and ability to integrate quickly
• Jira, confluence and agile project delivery experience
