Role:

As a Salesforce Techno- Functional analyst you will be responsible for Technical delivery, functional assessments, the process of defining business needs, business processes, flows and diagram along with hands on development. You will be responsible for shaping and defining how the business requirements will translate into solutions and work with the CRM delivery team to ensure the solution delivered meets the business needs.

You will work in a cross-functional team and work across products, applications and portals on the salesforce platform and play a key role as they expand further. Their current environment is Sales, Service, Experience and Marketing Cloud. You will have the full support and training from the Head of CRM and will get to work in a complex and exciting Salesforce environment. This positions is 60% Technical and 40% Functional/Business engagement

Skills and experience

  • 2+ years Salesforce Development: Apex, Batch, Triggers, Visual Force and LWC.
  • 1+ years of Business & Process Analysis Expertise using a number of business analysis methods, frameworks and procedures
  • 3 yrs+ Hand on experiences of Salesforce CRM including Community Cloud, Sales and Service cloud. Exposure to Marketing Cloud advantageous
  • Knowledge of Salesforce Integration to other systems, Rest API's
  • Demonstrated experience in applying and improving business analysis frameworks & methodologies
  • Demonstrated experience working across multiple projects in delivering solutions in complex environments
  • Sound workflow, process management and documentation skills, and demonstrated experience of timely documentation delivery
  • Strong on front-end development skills
  • Knowledge of DevOps process
