Talenza is partnering with a market-leading Cloud based platform that is in search of a 'Sales/Operations and Engagement Specialist' with a technical administrative background in Salesforce (a must), Marketo, Outreach, Intercom or other CRM/Marketing automation platforms.

Job Brief:

The role of the Sales Ops Specialist is to administer applications that are essential to their sales productivity. This includes working with Enterprise Operations and sales stakeholders in identifying opportunities to enhance sales capability through the utilisation of new or existing technology.

The Sales Ops Specialist is accountable for; managing, administering, identifying, documenting pain points and opportunities within the sales process where tech can be leveraged to ensure sales are performing at an optimum level.

Primary Responsibilities:

  • Work with their Sales leadership to ensure that their global sales team are working at the most efficient level possible.
  • Ensure that all sales enablement technologies are optimised, monitored and adopted effectively across the sales organisation.
  • Work with marketing operations to ensure Sales workflows are seamless, documented and communicated across the sales organisation.
  • Work with the Sales/Ops team and key stakeholders to devise, implement and oversee sales training programs for the global sales team when required. Build strong internal relationships, particularly with key stakeholders and senior sales management.
  • Support the SVP Global Sales & VP Enterprise Ops whilst enabling the expansion and growth of their Sales function, including preparing/running RFPs, process documentation and business cases as required.

Requirements:

  • Must have experience in sales operations with a technical administrative background in Salesforce (a must), Marketo, Outreach, Intercom or other CRM/Marketing automation platforms.
  • 2-3+ years of combined experience in sales operations, business systems or management consulting roles.

Intimate understanding of systems and processes, primarily Salesforce CRM

  • Comfortable in a high-growth transactional environment. Comfortable with making decisions in the absence of perfect information.
  • A knowledge and interest in current and future sales productivity tools that will challenge the status quo and create a competitive advantage
  • Strong understanding of sales management, the sales process and mentality of sales personnel Intimate understanding of systems and processes, primarily Salesforce CRM
  • Strong project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
  • Ability to be a leader within the organisation and work closely with many different personality types
  • Able to work in a close team environment, where ideas are shared and discussed. Strong attention to detail and an analytical mind
