Role:

As a Salesforce Functional analyst you will be responsible for functional assessments, the process of defining business needs, business processes, flows and diagram. You will be responsible for shaping and defining how the business requirements will translate into solutions and work with the CRM delivery team to ensure the solution delivered meets the business needs.

You will work in a cross-functional team and work across products, applications and portals on the salesforce platform and play a key role as they expand further. You will have the full support and training from the Head of CRM and will get to work in a complex and exciting Salesforce environment.

Skills and experience

  • 5yrs+ of Business & Process Analysis Expertise using a number of business analysis methods, frameworks and procedures
  • 3 yrs+ Hand on experiences of Salesforce CRM including Community Cloud
  • Demonstrated experience in applying and improving business analysis frameworks & methodologies
  • Demonstrated experience working across multiple projects in delivering solutions in complex environments
  • Experience managing multiple stakeholders across diverse business domains
  • Sound workflow, process management and documentation skills, and demonstrated experience of timely documentation delivery
  • Salesforce Community hands on skills (need to provide examples of communities that have built in the recent years)
  • Strong on front-end development skills
  • Knowledge of SSO
  • Knowledge of Salesforce Integration to other systems
  • Knowledge of DevOps process
  • Salesforce Service Cloud experiences and Salesforce Sales Cloud experiences

Desired, not mandatory

  • Relevant Salesforce certifications, such as PD1
  • Salesforce Marketing Cloud
  • DocuSign
