Project Manager: NSW Costing System Procurement - NSW Government
Location: St Leonards, Sydney, with great WFH flexibility
Rate: $950 - $1050 per day + Super
Contract Length: 12 months
Note: Must have high-level experience in project managing complex, high risk NSW government procurements and experience in completing (end to end) tender documentation.

We are currently seeking an experienced Procurement Project Manager for our NSW Government client who will be responsible for project managing a NSW Health costing system procurement process.
The costing system used across NSW Health is due to expire mid-2023. Preparations to tender and contract for a new costing system post 2023 have commenced. These preparations have included consultations with a range of stakeholders across NSW Health, to provide insight and support the upcoming procurement process.

Keys to Role:
- Prior high-level experience in project managing complex, high risk NSW government procurements and experience in completing (end to end) tender documentation

Also show familirity with:
* relevant NSW Procurement Board Directions
* NSW Procurement Board ICT Purchasing Framework and related documents
* NSW Health risk management directive and risk management practices for ICT procurement
* Ability to act as the single point of contact for procurement communications
* Ability to meet deadlines and manage conflicting priorities
* Extensive experience in planning and risk management in a complex environment
* Influencing and negotiation skills and ability to work collaboratively with a wide range of stakeholders
* High level written communication skills to prepare, review and edit correspondence

Responsibilities include (but are not limited to):
* project managing the end-to-end procurement process to structured timelines during the procurement, in line with ICT Services Pre-qualification Scheme specifications and other NSW government policy documents
* development and management of procurement documentation including:
* procurement plan and approval
* risk assessment, risk register and mitigation strategy
* data security considerations
* sourcing approach/strategy
* market sourcing analysis
* probity plan
* evaluation plan
* request for quotation/tender specifications.
