Project Manager - 6 Month Contract

Talenza has been engaged by one of Australia's leading Property Services Providers to source a Project Manager for an initial 6-Month contract.

The Role:

The project will be largely focused on shared services transformation, business re-engineering, standardization, and centralization and will be reporting directly to the head of the newly formed EPMO.

• Design and develop Shared Services systems transformation.
• Drive business re-engineering and develop standardization and centralization processes and procedures.
• Communicate with internal and external stakeholders, vendors and clients to uncover business needs.
• Train and develop key team members for ongoing support and BAU improvements.
• Document key client and staff information to provide clear reports and and access.

Key skills and experience:

• Demonstrated experience working within a waterfall environment.
• Experience managing service design lead projects.
• Proven ability to develop partnerships with key internal and external stakeholders to deliver solutions and support the organizations IT strategy.
• Ability to understand and deliver solutions and enterprise architecture principles and frameworks.
• Strong understanding of business needs and ability to communicate changes with both technical and business stakeholders.
• Experience developing Shared Services systems and frameworks.

Benefits and Details:

• Initial 6-Month contract with room for extension.
• $900-$1000/Day + Super.
