Project Manager

Talenza has been given the opportunity to partner with a leading photography brand to find a Project Manager for a Permanent position in their Sydney based team.

You'll have the opportunity to join an expanding PMO team and reporting directly to the Program Director. You'll be deeply involved in the planning, execution, and delivery of projects in accordance with business priorities. As a end-to-end Project Manager, you'll have a large focus on Client engagement as well as tracking the project status, budgets and managing project teams to mitigate issues and risks.

The Role:

• Perform the role of Project Manager, including; defining & managing project resources to achieve company requirements for successful Project delivery
• Manage customer and stakeholder expectations to ensure satisfaction.
• Prepare and report on Program and/or Project budgets, monitoring and tracking project financial's and the realization of defined Project benefits.
• Deliver quality business outcomes, ensuring that projects are delivered within given timeframe's, budgets, and scope.
• Develop and control project schedules to ensure that necessary activities are completed according to the project plan.

Key Skills and Experience:

• Ability to develop productive relationships with key stakeholders
• Leadership and people management skills coupled with skills in communicating with senior stakeholders
• Strong prioritization, business acumen and strategic thinking skills, including the ability to work on multiple projects, maintaining progress on all work items.
• A good understanding and consistent application of project management competencies including scope, time, cost, quality, HR, communications, risk, procurement, and integration
• Sound understanding of the organization's project governance framework

Benefits:

• Salary - $135,000 - $145,000 + Super.
