Project Manager

Our client, a national environmental recycling organisation, is seeking a Project Manager to join their Brisbane team to aid in the delivery of new and existing business projects and initiatives.

The role encompasses all aspects of project management. Main duties will include but are not limited to:

• Strong stakeholder engagement.
• Oversee, develop, and present project proposals.
• Team mentoring and coordination.
• Staffing, resourcing, and subcontracting management.
• Performance monitoring.
• Project progress reporting, provide timely and accurate updates to assist in project deadlines, project budgeting and changes to scheduling.
• Risk assessment and mitigation.

The ideal candidate will possess the following attributes:

• Minimum 3+ years in a Project Management role.
• Proven experience leading agile teams.
• Industry knowledge would be advantageous but not essential.
• Must have a pragmatic and logical approach to troubleshoot any hurdles that may arise in real time.
• Must have strong problem-solving skills and a high attention to detail.
• Experience working in a fast paced and everchanging environment.
• The ability to deliver high quality results within tight timeframes.
