Project Coordinator

Talenza have engaged with one of Australia's fastest growing banks to source a high performing Project/PMO coordinator.

In this role you will provide day-to-day management across financial management, resource tracking, contract management and administration.


We are looking for someone who has a growth mindset, high attention to detail, strong communication and coordination skills to achieve business outcomes and improve business processes.

Responsibilities:

• Provide strategic and process improvement ideas
• Manage and own department budgets and tracking of resources
• Assistance in month-end inputs and financial reporting
• Executive presentations and status updates
• Vendor management

About you:

• Tertiary education in Business Management/Administration
• Background in financial management of complex multimillion dollar budgets
• Strong coordination, organisation skills and time management
• Intermediate to advance experience in using MS Excel and PowerPoint
• Understanding of Agile environments and familiarity with Jira
• Experience in data visualisation tools such as MS Power BI or similar
