Talenza have partnered with a leading Australian conglomerate company to recruit a Project Coordinator to join a brand new, Bids and Tender team.

The Role:

You will support the Bid Writers and other stakeholders of the Bids & Tenders process to achieve desirable outcomes for each opportunity.

We are looking for someone highly self-motivated with excellent attention to detail, accuracy, and a continuous improvement mindset, to work in a highly collaborative environment with other members of the Bids & Tender team to meet deadlines. In this varied and exciting role you will support the facilitation and delivery of the Bids & Tenders process. You will facilitate workflow between internal teams, as well as manage the existing content library and drive process compliance across all Bids.

Responsibilities:

  • Ensure Bids & Tenders information is up-to-date, accurate and supports the needs of the Business
  • Maintain oversight of delivery and response process, escalate deadline challenges and where possible provide solutions
  • Understand delivery requirements for each Bid or Tender
  • Create and manage bid timelines and quality expectations in document management and bid submission
  • Maintain a centralised content library containing reusable content and other tender related material
  • Scheduling, coordinating, and facilitating meetings for each stage of the tender process with all relevant stakeholders

  • Ability to make sound and logical judgments
  • Strong organisation, multi-taking and time management skills
  • Experience in understanding project requirements and developing fit for purpose solutions
  • Experience adhering to and driving best practice process, procedures, frameworks and standards that comply with policy and governance
  • Demonstrated ability to work independently to organise and prioritise demands, handle multiple complex tasks simultaneously, set and meet deadlines and follow-through within a fast-paced environment with multiple and competing demands
  • Project management abilities with a continuous improvement mindset
