Project Co-ordinator

Our client, the NSW Department of Education are seeking a Project Coordinator to join a close-knit team to work on a wide range of activities. In this role you will work closely with team members and managers to facilitate the completion of activities by: planning and scheduling resources and tasks, preparing internal and external communications; supporting project managers; and collating and analysing data for the preparation of submissions and reports.

Role Title: Project Coordinator
Start Date: ASAP
End Date: 3 month contract with an extension afterwards.
Pay: $560 + Super p.d.
Location: Parramatta and WFH hybrid.

Description:
* Working with project managers, and other specialists to ensure that project goals are met.
* Responding to enquiries and resolving problems concerning contracts, services and projects.
* Preparing and reviewing submissions plus reports concerning activities and milestones.
* Advising senior management on matters requiring attention and implementing their decisions.
* Undertaking research, collecting and analysing data associated with projects undertaken and report on project outcomes.
* Assisting with the set-up and maintenance of collaboration spaces, design showcases and roadshow activities.
* Provide general administration and support to the team including responding to enquiries, arranging meetings, room booking, taking meetings notes and other relevant support that helps the overall team effectiveness.

* Able to act independently in performing core work functions.
* A highly engaged and motivated individual who can adapt to situations as they arise.
* Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
