Program / Project Coordinator

Talenza's client, a leading finance organisation in Brisbane CBD requires a Program/Project Coordinator for a 12 months fixed term contract. Working in an Agile environment to support an uplift in SME Capabilities with projects involving technology, new products, integration, new risk management, treasury etc. You will work with an orgnisation that supports a flexible work environment with a hybrid WFH/O, encouraging a collaborative and supportive work ethic and you will be exposed to and work with a range of exciting projects and innovative technologies.

Your Responsibilities will include

• Support the program manager with preparation and coordination of documents and management of resources
• Provide stakeholder engagement and management across various teams and with different levels of seniority
• Manage change requests, decision and risk and issue log and escalation management
• Support in analysing project budget including financial planning and forecasting
• Monitor, schedule, track and review the project to ensure project quality and compliance
• Assist with meetings including preparation of materials, presentation packs, reports and status updates
• Support onboarding and offboarding and provide training where required
• Administration support as required

Key Requirements

• Relevant Degree or Tertiary Qualifications
• 5 years minimum of experience as a Project coordinator supportive various projects involving technology and financial compliance
• Banking/Insurance industry experience (must)
• Proven working experience in Agile environments
• Proficiency in Project Management tools including MS projects, MS Excel, MS PowerPoint
• Proven ability to prioritize and ensure projects are meeting quality standards, deadlines and is within budget.
• Excellent communication skills and ability liaise with various stakeholders
• Proven experience with supporting full project life cycle
• Open minded, takes initiative, flexible and adaptable to change
• Strong ability to multitask and high attention to detail
