Program Manager - Governance

Talenza have partnered with one of Australia's largest banks to source a Program Manager with expert understanding of governance and the Project Management Office.

• Role: Program Manager
• Duration: 12 months with extension
• Area of Bank: Chief Transformation Office
• Program: Risk and Regulatory Change, Business critical, enterprise-wide program

Key responsibilities:

• Reporting directly to the Program Director you will help lead the project execution. This role is less focused on Project delivery and more focused on governance
• Leading a PMO team - x2 PMO Managers, Master Scheduler and a Risk Manager
• Partner with Change Manager & Comms Manager
• Work closely with other Program Managers on interdependencies and resourcing
• Dealing directly with Senior Executives and Senior Stakeholders. This program has huge visibility across the bank and you will be one of the faces of the program

Key skills:

• Seasoned project management professional with a background in PMO
• Recent direct Project Execution experience in Financial Services
• People leader experience
• Team player
• Stakeholder engagement
• Senior/Executive level
• Broad based across organisation - outside of business division
• Comms - verbal / written & PowerPoint skills
