About the role
As Principal Business Analyst you will support the demand for product leading expertise. As well as being one of the most Senior BA on the project, you will also be responsible for leadership and mastery of the Business Analyst function. You will have a strategic mindset, customer centric, wanting to make a genuine difference and passionate about people and cultivating their growth.
Who You AreYou are an experienced Lead or Principal Business Analyst with:
- Mastery of the business analysis and reporting
- Extensive experience of large complex programs of work
- Expertise with a risk product domain
- Proficiency of AGILE and Project Management tools
- Experienced in driving risk-aware and business outcomes
- Leader & Motivator
- Sees and communicates the big picture
- Hold self and others high accountability
- A passion & commitment to succeed
- Willing to do whatever is needed
- Previous Big 4 Banking experience
- Respected & trusted
- Highly developed analytical skills
