PMO Manager - Complex Transformation

Our client is a top tier Financial services firm who are in the mist of a large and complex transformation and are seeking an experienced and professional PMO Manager. The role will take over the existing structure, governance, reporting, frameworks and support the Program in the delivery of their program objectives.

Responsibilities:

• Establish, monitor and coordinate project reporting timelines and structures for risk related change
• Continuous improvements of existing project plan
• Review and monitor reporting commentary on projects and ensure there is transparency in reporting and review all status reports for content and quality
• Work with the Program Director and PMO director to ensure the program adheres to Program Execution, Project Execution, Program/ Project Governance, Change Management and Risk frameworks.
• Collate financial data into program/ project Steering Committee packs and other program reporting as needed

About you:

• Must have 5 years + PMO Management experience
• Have experience in large banking or financial services transformation initiatives
• Risk management, legal or compliance experience and exposure to program governance frameworks
• Relevant industry qualifications in economics, finance, business or related discipline
• Experience in project management tools and methodologies.
• Ability to deal with wide ranging stakeholder groups
