Our client is one of Queenslands most influential Financial Services organisations. They are currently in search of an experienced Organisational Change Manager to deliver a complex services transition project in their data & transformation function.

This is a day rate contract role with a strong possibility of extension for the right candidate. The project is fully funded and is offering an ASAP start.

What You'll need to Succeed

• Tertiary qualified in a suitable category relating to the position;
• Experienced/certified within Change Management e.g Prosci/ADKAR;
• 5+ years in a Change Management role/environment;
• Experience in implementing Change Management at project level;
• Excellent stakeholder management skills and experience in stakeholder communications;
• Understanding of the full change management lifecycle and its impact;
• Ability to analyse and understand complex business processes;
• Experience with impact identification, assessment and treatment strategies;
• Operational change planning experience to mitigate disruption to business functions;
• Resilience, self-drive and emotionally intelligence are a must to be successful;
• Exceptional influencing and negotiation skills;
• Outstanding written and verbal communication skills.
