Lead, Digital Content - Learning

Our client the NSW Department of Education are seeking a Lead, Digital Content to work within their Service Experience Team. The Team are responsible for developing and delivering a range of support and training materials across a variety of channels. You will work with schools to build operational excellence and assist in formulating best practise processes and solutions.

Role Title: Lead, Digital Content - Learning

Start Date: ASAP

End Date: 8 months - with a chance of extension

Pay: $78.65 p/h +Super

Location: Parramatta/WFH Hybrid

Description

Key responsibilities:

• Accountable for the continuous development and implementation of the learning strategy.
• Actively drive the design, creation, implementation, review and continuous improvement of digital training courses.
• Project management of working groups designated to the design/delivery/review of resources.
• Maintenance of the existing and development of the future web-based learning catalogue.
• Maintenance of the existing data dashboard that captures relevant service delivery data, data interpretation and preparation of associated reports.
• Contribution to Service Experience projects and initiatives to ensure customer centric approaches.
• Collaboration with the self-service and communications team to align planned initiatives.
• Provision of insights in best practice processes based on gained experience.
• Facilitation/support of learning workshops.
• Fostering of positive relationships with subject matter experts across various teams.
• Collaborating closely with teams to resolve complex questions and facilitate solutions.

About you:

• Extensive experience as a digital learning author.
• Demonstrated experience in creating interactive learning modules that contain quizzes, dialog simulations, videos, screencasts, interactions and other interactive learning elements.
• Extensive experience in using power point to create interactive experiences and animations
• Experience in video and audio editing (Adobe Premier Elements/Adobe Premier Pro).
• Experience in delivering live and virtual presentations to targeted audiences.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with conflicting priorities.
• Proactive to resolve challenges.
• Open communication and effective collaboration.
• Eagerness to learn new digital skills.

Candidates must be based in The Greater Sydney Area.
