Lead Business Analyst - Divestment (Financial Services)

Talenza have been engaged by one of Australia's largest Financial Services institutions to source an experienced Lead Business Analyst for a significant separation project. The project is yet to begin, and thus the successful candidate will be involved from the start of the project. Responsibilities will include management of Business Analysts and looking after a number of key streams within the project

Who You Are

You are an experienced and energetic Lead Business Analyst with:

• At least 10+ years as a Business Analyst
• Experience as a Lead BA within Financial Services is a must
• Divestment experience, separation or similar is a nice to have
• Wealth management and understanding of management operations
• Energetic individual who is a quick learner and a natural problem solver
• Strong stakeholder management skills and core BA capabilities
• CPA or management accounting and reporting is a nice to have
• Funds/fund accounting, investment operations
• Jira, Confluence, Excel
• Strong core capabilities, problem solving skills and ability to integrate quickly
