Talenza have been engaged by one of Australia's Big 4 Banks to source an strong Senior Business Analyst or Lead Business Analyst to work on a business critical Data Risk Management Project

The Role

The Lead Business Analyst position is an initial short term contract role with the opportunity to work on an exciting, business critical project. This role sits within an extensive pipeline of work and has a very high chance of extension

Who You Are

You are a business orientated Senior or Lead Business Analyst with:

• At least 8+ years as a Business Analyst
• 5+ year as a Senior Business Analyst
• Banking experience is a must, ideally institutional banking as a preference
• Notable large scale data risk management projects are advantageous but not a must
• Attention to detail and strong communication skills, and can work well with business stakeholders
• Able to learn, adapt quickly and hit the ground running
• Strong core capabilities, problem solving skills and ability to integrate quickly
• Jira, confluence and agile project delivery experience
