This financial services group finds itself extremely well positioned in the current climate and is currently looking to appoint an energetic and high performing IT Service Management Lead on a permanent basis.

The purpose of the Service Management Lead role is to ensure all global Clients, Group Businesses and IT divisions experience consistent and world class IT Service Management outcomes in line with Group strategies and drivers

This is a great role where you will work with the business and be pivotal in producing IT outcomes that can drive the way the business is run.

Experience & Personal Attributes

• Experience leading IT Service Management capabilities in a global enterprise
• Expert level process writing skills
• Excellent planning and organisational skills
• Excellent stakeholder engagement across technology, business and senior management
• Strong presentation pack writing skills and stakeholder management skills
• Experience in superannuation and or financial systems is highly desirable

Qualifications

• At least one intermediate ITIL V3 / V4 qualification
• Qualifications in SIAM, CoBit, DevOps, Agile is highly desirable
