Talenza has partnered with an award winning, local organisation to find an IT Service Delivery Manager to join their expanding support team

Role:

  • The main purpose of this role is to provide operational support to ensure IT service availability and reliability
  • Work closely with internal and external IT support teams on incident, problem, change and to drive operational efficiencies and reliability of IT services
  • Identify and drive a continuous improvement to ensure excellent customer service

Responsibilities:

  • Operational management of incidents and technical leadership for High priority incidents
  • Act as the focal point for managing customer issues and escalations including critical incidents
  • Assist with the development of plans and to oversee implementation of customer projects/operational requirements
  • Produce, review, and deliver reporting for the assigned client portfolio
  • Maintain issue and risk registers
  • Perform and maintain continuous improvement activities
  • Identify and document potential opportunities, and with ownership, drive through to successful implementation

Skills:

  • Proven track record in IT Service Delivery
  • Strong knowledge ITIL (ITIL certification is highly desirable)
  • Ability to identify customer requirements & opportunities
  • Problem, capacity, and risk management
  • Experience working in an Agile environment
